      Pros

      In it together attitude. Start-ups are not easy but the company has great leadership and is destined for success.

      Cons

      Company had staff that did not like a fast paced and open environment. This caused friction. Thankfully, this has all changed.

      Coolest tech I've ever worked with. Incredibly interesting space. Never had an opportunity like it.

      Pros

      Cant think of a more interesting space to be in in tech. Irish-American start up so all the Engineering happens here in Dublin. Great to be so close to the heart of the business. Engaged with some of the top enterprises and brands in the world. Never a dull moment. Great team.

      Cons

      There is a lot of pressure to deliver as a team given the size of the opportunity ahead of us - This can get tough at times. Resilience required!
