Pros

I’m glad to at least have had good coworkers to collaborate with during my time working for Calysto Communications.

Cons

Managers are frustrating to work with! They are terrible at their jobs but refuse to take accountability for their actions. Their number one priority isn’t guiding employees or pushing the company towards success, but looking good in front of people. It’s ridiculous how such arrogant, incompetent, and vain people get to be paid more than employees doing most of the hard work!

Leadership is in denial of its incompetence

Pros

The remote work setup is the only good thing that I can think about regarding this company.

Cons

Most, if not all, of the leaders here at Calysto Communications are in denial of their incompetence. Whatever problems arise in the workplace, our managers are quick to put the blame on the employees instead of realizing their mistakes and the terrible decisions they made. They always have something to say against employees but not themselves.

Being screamed at was demeaning and showed poor respect for employees.

Pros

Some opportunities to build professional connections.

Cons

There was nothing worse than being screamed at during stressful situations, which felt demeaning and unnecessary. Communication from higher-ups was poor and often left the team feeling unprepared and undervalued. Feedback was often harsh and lacked constructive input, making it hard to improve or feel supported. The overall environment made it clear that employee well-being was nota priority.
