Management has a history of firing and abusing any staff that questions them, or that they deem as a personal threat. They are far more focused on their well being and job security than that of the company or their employees.
This is a serious systemic issue that only seems to get worse.
No team building activities, no social events, no employee recognition.
Advancement purely based on nepotism.
Scheduling is awful due to supply management and gross mismanagement and lack of experience as a result of hiring purely based on nepotism
