      Pros

      Nice in-office coworkers and building.

      Cons

      Low pay, nonexistent management, and no real training because upper management will implement new policies every month that don't work. A toxic work environment with recruiters in India that are unethical. I caught at least 10 forged legal documents in my time working there such as a forged BLS, covid card, licenses, etc. No remote or hybrid opportunities for in-office workers yet all of the upper management is remote. Even if you advance through the company the pay is still low. Other Houston companies pay $15k more for this position. IT will install spyware onto your computer without your consent and deny doing it.

      Yes, you will probably find the extremely quick and easy interviewing process refreshing especially in the current “HOT MESS” and exhaustive job market. You’ll consider, “at least it’s a remote job?”. The honest truth; this company will be worse than unemployment in the fact nothing makes any logical sense and it will make you feel like you are living in a constant nightmare or twilight zone! Incredibly sketchy and unethical company. Just consider it…. Nothing good ever comes easy…

      Pretty much everything, other than paycheck every other Friday? However, even the pay is low. So it is pretty much all bad.

      Pros

      Nothing. It is literally the worst agency out there. A living nightmare. They have no idea what they are doing.

      Cons

      This company is awful. No one is on the same page. There is zero direction. They do not care about their employees at all. There have been new additions to leadership that have been very difficult for everyone else to deal with. I think there is a lack of knowledge of the overall healthcare staffing knowledge. I have been promised things that never happened. Everyone is scared and it is a cutthroat, don't' care about you kind of environment. They laid off one of the directors when she was at her father's funeral. There is no way this company will succeed with the way they are doing things now. This company is 100% a joke. Stay away!!!!
