      Pros

      I worked with some wonderful people at Cambria - and most of them have already left the company. A lot of really good people leave within two years.

      Cons

      This is by far the unhappiest I've ever been at a company. It's all smoke and mirrors - they're more interested in looking like the company they say they are than in actually being that company. The internal workings of the company are complete chaos. I would trust almost no one at the executive level. They blame others for their mistakes and treat staff very poorly. I caution anyone about believing what they're told by management because their words and promises mean nothing.

      "Nothing Special" Hit the Tip of the Iceberg!

      Smart co-workers with great sense of humor (they have to have it to work here!)

      Cons

      They frequently ask employees to write positive reviews on Glassdoor when they aren't writing their own. Majority of the leaders have zero leadership skills. They paint a great picture during interviews; but unfortunately it's riddled with half-truths. Great place to work if you want to advance after you work 50-60 hours per week.
