Flexible shifts, decent pay, good experience for university students. Great benefits & pension plan. Good career opportunity & the CEO is world class. Knows everybody by name.

Cons

How much you'll enjoy the experience depends on which branch you work at. Some are great, some aren't. Lazy long term workers are prevalent and you'll be picking up their slack.
