There's a great culture here: departments are supportive and collaborative, senior staff are open and approachable, and there's no real office politics getting in the way. My co-workers are warm and friendly, benefits are great, and there are a lot of fun perks too. Management takes our company's position as the market leader seriously, and there's a lot of time and attention paid to ensure that employees have the resources necessary to produce a great product and a great customer experience. Everyone here is really invested in doing their jobs well and helping their co-workers do well too.

Some of the best reasons to be apart of the CSM team is that you would be apart of a *winning* team! We have been growing steadily and consistently over the last several years. This gives everyone a good sense of security and success which we all benefit from by way of bonuses and advancement opportunities. I also find because CSM is a medium size company (under 200 employees), I have flexibility in my position to suggest and implement new processes without a lot of red tape. This gives me the ability to be creative and influence positive change. And there are always opportunities to have fun! We have regular group/department lunches and events that help break up the day and promote team-building.
