At the Main HR office nobody knows anything. Always at lunch or in some fake meeting. Rude and talks at you and not to you. The manager walks away from you when you try to ask him a question. I asked the training lady for help, she says she can't help me before I could even tell her what i needed. They lost my paperwork 2 times. Who hired these people!????? I had to call the HR office at the other location to get some help. Unprofessional.

Insufficient communication on the part of the management. Not enough freedom for personal development. No attention paid to new ideas. Won't be able to fulfill career goals at this company and you'll fall behind in industry knowledge and technical advancement. Too many arrogant know-it-alls. People step on one another since responsibilities are not well defined. The owner has passed retirement age and is not managing the company.
