Pros
It is a fun and laid back environment. The actual job function is quite easy, and allows you to see the inner workings of a minor league baseball team. The people are nice and are happy about the interns helping them out.
Cons
The general manager did not seem to respect interns very much. He didn't allow us to eat the food that was provided to employees, even though he wasn't paying interns. A lot of the things we had to do in terms of preparing for the game were done last minute and it was stressful at time.
