Very intelligent and successful Directors who provide all the means necessary for their Consultants/Resourcers to succeed. Great training offered and a collegiate environment which promotes healthy success. They have a lovely office in Central London and are also supportive of more flexible work due to the Pandemic. Good work/life balance and the daily team meetings are always enjoyable.

I got trained very well. Had external trainers and two Directors giving me training. It was a fun environment . We had targets. Team events. Good nights out. Going of team and group awards. I liked the Friday big billers lunches out. Good commission package. Good fun Office . Every day different. Lots of incentives. Worked hard and got rewarded well. The Directors all work in the business which was good as sometimes they passed you business too. It’s 360 degree stuff so not just boring job matching with no client contact. You get plenty of encouragement. I got married and went back to Australia. Was there 3 years.
