Note: The pros far outweigh the cons for me. These cons are not representative of the whole company, but to individuals here and there.
A long-lasting problem Camgian has is insufficient task planning. It's not uncommon for some employees to not know what they will be working on day-to-day, forcing leadership to scramble to come up with tasking. This is an especially large problem for junior level engineers and co-ops.
At first glance, this is attributed to "growing pains", but it's been an issue for many years, prior to the fast growth of the company.
Despite the focus on employee happiness, some employees work constant overtime, causing significant stress on themselves, which is ignored by leadership. While this is in part due to the individual, if the company truly wanted what's best for their employees, a larger focus should be placed on reducing the burden on overworked employees. People have left the company for this reason in the past, and I wouldn't be surprised if people continue to leave in the future.
