Pros
Camp Celo is an amazingly supportive community. The other staff are awesome and campers are great. It is one of the best experiences I've ever had.
Cons
Camp Celo is a lot of work for little pay, but if you want to be there it's worth it.

Pros
I love Camp Celo's values of nonviolence and multiculturalism, and it's a great place to learn farm work and help kids have fun and build character. You'll probably be kept busy most of the time, but you get an hour off every day and a day off each week. Really nice, supportive community.
Cons
I can't really think of any, but some people might not like being away from technology and civilization for so long.
