Pros
Christian camp, great ministry, missions-emphasis is strong. Staff is very close, and there is a wide variety of personalities. Well-trained staff. Funnest, most demanding job you'll have.
Cons
A physically demanding summer job. If you're not a hard worker this is not for you. Also since it is missions, compensation is low, but housing and food are included. It is primarily a summer-only job for most of the staff.

-Difficult to maintain relationships with workers -24/7 on call -Campus is located in very rural area; closest store of any kind is several miles away -Mountainous terrain/outdoors often
