      Pros

      You get to enjoy the kids. The staff and environment overall are not that great. While I did enjoy my summer I will not be coming back.

      Cons

      The directors try to hide things from campers. I would listen to the negative reviews. Look else where better opportunities. Dont take the first offer you get, keep looking

      Great sense of family within staff, follows good routine, good amount of downtime, time to have fun on the job

      Cons

      Some equipment could be updated, better salary, more american staff over abroad staff, younger campers are entitled
