      Once a wonderful place to work, but not anymore

      Pros

      - Remote Friendly, Awesome Offices for local staff - Selective recruitment means talented coworkers

      Cons

      - The lovely founders were replaced by by soulless c-suite managers - Salary and benefits have degraded since they took on investors, new management - Promised benefits and perks revoked in time of prosperity for the sake of profits - A once loyal and committed team had lost moral by the time I left

      Pros

      The people at Campaign Monitor are great to work with and really care about the customer.

      Cons

      Unfortunately there have been many management changes in recent years that make it difficult to understand the direction of the company.

      Lost its soul

      Pros

      Meals provided which is a major bonus. Nice offices but can get noisy.

      Cons

      Lots of people leaving and management denies there's a problem. Some asked to leave and others not happy with changes happening in workplace. The startup culture is gone, good people sadly gone, don't get duped by the videos and other reviews. All of that died pretty quickly in 2017. Better places exist with greater stability.
