Pros

I have all good things to say about Campaignium. While it is hard work, everyone working there is so genuine. Everyone looks out for each other and ensures that everyone is thriving. I have had many people check in on me in the last year and a half when we were remote. I have always thought that communication is key to a lasting company and at Campaignium, communication is very well thought out. I haven't had very many places that genuinely care about your well being, mental health, personal life and overall workplace feelings. I always feel like I can go to anyone in the company, lower or senior management and feel like I am listened to. And, if someone can make a change to make my life better at Campaignium they will. Additionally, Campaignium has great maternity/paternity leave, inclusivity, extra days off, PTO and 401k. While turnover is always going to happen in agencies and all companies, I feel like the partners have handled it with respect, compassion and openness, when asked. I feel like Campaignium is a great place to work and feel like my hard work is greatly appreciated and acknowledged.

Cons

- Salary competitiveness with remote work

Pros

This is an amazing company with a very talented group of people. From top down everyone puts in their best effort for the company and clients every single day. While I was there, I saw so many people working hard to bring out the best in everyone. The employee engagement task force did a great job keeping everyone "engaged" and the team leads, directors, and partners brought continuing education opportunities for all teams. - I've seen the partners let multiple clients go based on the client not treating employees very nicely. This wasn't a regular occurrence, but a few clients didn't treat employees well and the partners quickly made the decision to pass on the business. I know everyone appreciated the concern and support. - Team leads are tasked with making sure each and every employee had sufficient work but wasn't overloaded. They worked hard to make sure new work was distributed among the team properly and not one person received the lion share of work. - Project managers worked tirelessly to manage client expectations and help each team collaborate together for the best of the client. - Each employee was knowledgeable in their field and would drop anything to help you out. This was much appreciated because I asked A LOT of questions. - The Human Resource Director was always a phone call away and helped me manage some personal issues I was having. I was given time off to take care of these issues and she listened/guided me over multiple phone calls.

Cons

The task force I was on wasn't taken very seriously by some of the teammates and could have made a real impact on the company. It was employee lead and didn't go far.
