Pros
There are only a few pros but they are definitely more meaningful than they appear. The people you work with in YOUR home office can be amazing and the moral of your office will thrive. Some of the residents/prospects you will come across can be great and easy to work with!! Finally, throughout all of the offices in the Fargo/Moorhead area you will find genuine people.
Cons
I would say a con for this entire company would be its CORPORATE OFFICE and the TWO OWNERS. They have proved time and time again, they don’t care about their employees at all. They will try and take advantage of you while treating you like you don’t matter. Your voice will NEVER be heard. If you deal with issues every day and you speak to them about the issues, they won’t do anything about it. Lastly, they WILL go back on their word. When you are doing well and achieving great things for the company and yourself, be careful, the incentives may or may not count and be rewarded.
