Pros

Flexible working hours Great benefits including wellness days/ yearly salary reviews/ birthdays off/ 1 extra annual leave every year Clear progression plans/ 1-2-1s Amazing client portfolio of leading global brands

Cons

Being a part of a growing agency, it’s super fast paced which means there’s a lot of changing day-to-day - if you’re able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment it’s for you!

Pros

You get paid (unfortunately that's all I can think of Some good clients (who unfortunately don't get to see the way staff are treated behind the scenes

Cons

Campfire sells itself as a fun, cool, modern agency, but the reality is very different. The culture is surface level, with friendliness at the start that quickly disappears. Stronger performers are often overloaded with more work, to the point it becomes unmanageable. When you inevitably struggle with workload, the tone shifts and support isn't there. Just take a look at the turn over of staff. Toxic culture. Owners can be inconsistent and manipulative, creating an environment where expectations constantly change and trust is low. An agency of egos unfortunately. There's little real structure or transparency, which makes it difficult to feel secure or valued.

Please only work here if you are completely desperate.

Pros

To be really honest, none worth the trauma.

Cons

Do NOT believe any of the PR nonsense posted on LinkedIn. Yes, certain senior leaders post several times a day about how fantastic and wonderful and blah blah blah the company is… complete lies. Everyone here is miserable, the senior leadership team are aware (a couple of them have left as they’re also done with the place) but nothing will change. They talk about ‘robust plans’ all the time but I don’t think any semblance of a plan exists. I’ve worked at several marketing agencies and this is the worst one I’ve ever had the displeasure of working at. So bad, even Steven Bartlett couldn’t conceive it.
