Poor Management, lack of appreciation for employee tenure. When long-serving employees are not acknowledged or rewarded for their loyalty and dedication, it can lead to demotivation and a sense of unappreciation. Treating employees solely as labor rather than valuable contributors . A culture of favoritism can undermine fairness and meritocracy within the organization. A toxic work environment characterized by poor management Their VP don't know how to talk & work but still he is VP. Their AVP took interview on VCR and hired the girls if they are good looking ONLY. AVP always after every girl on the floor. They harass employees and if any of them raise their complaints against their seniors, they are either fired or intentionally raise PIP against them. The company is not employing Centric. Their HR department is useless. If you need help with anything, they rarely listen. I think they should not suppose to keep the HR department. Rather giving the training to any of their employee, they ask please check google & start working. They have pathetic policies, They make their employee cry badly. Overall Campus Consortium and especially BBH pathetic
