Business Design and industry has many opportunities across the US. Student housing is a market that will continue to grow and need developers to design, build and manage product.

Cons

Senior management has run the company and its reputation into the ground. Unfortunately so much reputation damage has occurred it will be surprising if the program is not sold to a more qualified operator.

They had decent benefits and the working hours were not bad. There is a gym in the office that was open at all times for employees to use.

Cons

The job started out well but later turned into a disaster. My manager was great but could not change the way the decisions were made higher up.
