Good and bad and great and terrible all at once

Pros

As a whole the company was very laid back and flexible. There was potential for advancement (though minimal).

Cons

Starting pay was bad. Managerial decision making was sometimes poor. Many employees were overlooked and taken for granted.

Pros

- The best thing about working at Campus Den is the team you have in your store (if you build the right one). - The contact with customers and building relationships. - There is freedom to run your store how you see fit and make it your own without someone hovering and micromanaging.

Cons

-The pay does not reflect the work you do and you can make more elsewhere. - There is little to no support from the corporate office, especially from the owner - There is lack of communication about company changes and lack of consistency with routine within the company. It makes for a frustrating environment and you feel very out of the loop. - There are no benefits beyond PTO which is 40 hours no matter how long you’ve been there and 401k contributions. - Little to no diversity
