Almost too good to be true! I feel like the company does too much for its workers and almost at a disadvantage.

Pros
Great pay, freedom to work your own schedule, professional development, keep all the provided perks and freebies if you do well in the year. Many additional opportunities for winning contests, sweepstakes, connections with other companies. Opportunities to continue throughout college
Cons
Really no cons. I guess it just seems easy for other campus reps to cheat. There's no real way to hold people accountable. I've seen people cheat in the weekly contests. The required 45 demonstrations a week is a little difficult to manage though. They increased it by 5 from previous years, and that was already difficult enough.

I was able to really work on my own personal Twitter branding and it led me to pursue a different career path.
Cons
Not included into the actual day to day activities. Did not learn anything of value from the company during my internship.
