Not really any it looks good from the outside.

Cons

Not what it seems. Ones that do the work get screwed over while the ones that do little to nothing get treated like they are gold. Supervisors play favorites. Management couldn't run a lemonade stand let alone a large company. Management lies to you all the time and then gets upset when you question the on what they are doing. Never know whether you are coming or going let alone if you will have a job at the end of the day because somebody in management gets mad at you for something. Supervisors are a joke and not qualified at all for their jobs.

Pros

There are no good things about working here. Only bad.

Cons

A lot of favoritism. Some employees working like dogs and getting no recognition. Others coming and going as they please and running the show although they are clueless. HR putting their friends into jobs because they can although they aren't qualified. Then they fire qualified employees because they don't fit into their little clique and replace them with their clueless friends.

Pros

Worldwide location, and board of representatives are great, unfortunately the directors are very poor in strategies.

Cons

no teamwork, understaffed, work for 10 years, Favoritism and office politics. The HR sucks and most supervisors do too. Director is a complete bully.
