      dynamic with new challenges, interesting, one can influence a lot. Family athmosphare, great place for developing your skills.

      Cons

      sometimes unorganized and vague with internal policies. Too mcuh internal politics in some cases. Sometimes people are not judged by their skills, but according to a wrong perception.
