-The pay is pennies on the dollar to what the market offers
-The turnover is very high and management seems to have no interest in keeping talent. HR also trys to hide the turnover and you often will not find out someone has left until you need something from the individual.
-With such high turnover the work is left to the rest of the team who are expected to get the job done in as few hours a possible
-Very stressful environment focused on billing
-Upper management expects your yearly vacation plan on Jan 1st
-Zero recognition for a job well done or staying late to finish extra work
-Expecations of over time without wanting to pay for it
-Directors that require hand holding every step of the way
-Training is almost non existant and it is sink or swim
-Upper management is very out of touch with the team
-HR's review process is entirely flawed and only in place to hold back salary increases
-Wage increases do not keep up with inflation
-Max vacation is 3 weeks and you will never get a day more unless you win it at the Holiday party
