      Cushy. not a lot of work People are fairly nice, not a lot of maliciousness going on

      Internal partner dysfunction not a lot of work to be done. partners are not industry experts or operators. mediocre or less than median returns compared to rest of industry. still leveraging wins from old old funds, new funds are all mediocre.
