great values within the team and everyone does there absolute best to get the job done.

Cons

Low salary rates, hard to shut off work within your scheduled hours without feeling guilty, burn out.

Low pay, high expectations. Business is going downhill. Senior management see no value in people. Lie about values. Post fake positive reviews about themselves.

Working from home when not doing visits

Cons

Poor management, no support, every hour of your day is tracked and needs to be accounted for, low pay for workload, poor HR support, revolving door someone is always fired or quitting, management does not allow colleagues to give any feedback and are not kind when questioned
