      Not much the old system is just not working anymore.

      - Taining was minimal - the ceo and the vp are very unprofessional - uncomfortable work place - all they care about is money

      I like the company. I've been with them for 3 years. I am treated with respect, supported when I need it! I like the independence. Very nice staff who are helpful and kind. You write your own ticket, company is all over Canada.

      Cons

      I honestly like working at this place. They've always been good to me from the get go and have been loyal to me as a broker.
