Only good to mention Canadian experience on the resume

Cons

No human resource, employees are considered as dogs, no employee appraisal system, no pay increments, management shouts on the employees all the time to get the work done. No employee appreciation. No quality system and commitment, top management sits in their rooms listening employees shouting and taking no actions. Great violation of HUMAN RIGHTS is the company culture.
