The starting pay/benefit was reasonably good. The subject matter was varied and interesting. They recruit excellent staff.

Cons

I quickly hit a plateau where I couldn’t make more money - I’m early in my career and wasn’t willing to accept that. A lot of the members/volunteers I worked with were bullies with unreasonable expectations.
