Seamless Transition to Working remotely

The CCA has ensured the switch to working from home during the pandemic was seamless and that we are supported. My manager will make time for discussions on projects I am working on and provides continuous feedback the same as before, when it was an open door policy.

Cons

The CCA has incorporated some great team building and social activities remotely but it is not that same as in-person activities. Can't wait for a time when we can be together at the office again safely.

Thank you for this review. The CCA staff team is exceptional and we miss seeing in each other in person. I look forward to having the team back together in person as soon as it is safe to do so. I am glad you feel supported and that feedback and the team building activities we have undertaken have had a positive impact.
