Pros
Canadian Health Labs provides a sense of freedom when working as a contractor outside of my home province. Each nurse has access to a personal vehicle as well as private accommodations which is refreshing compared to what competitors offer. Allows flexibility to explore a new area on days off.
Cons
Internal communication could be improved. it can soemtimes take longer than expected to get a response from management.

Cons
The only issue I faced is the job itself being remote, which is both a blessing and a curse. You'll feel like your social life has become staler, so you will need to actively go out.
