Pros

- Great piece work money - Freedom to organize your day

Cons

- Terrible communication - Office staff is not trained well enough - Supervisors/ Management uses the guise of "Home office" (in Calgary) vs local office. Example: "well that's just how Calgary wants it done!" Being that Calgary is a different province and they don't see all the issues here, seems like a weak way to address issues/ troubles. - Was told in a general meeting "we all are getting big wage increases" Never to see anything. Hourly wage is garbage. 15+ years experience, and they offer me $4 above minimum wage. A brand new locator (no experience) gets the same hourly wage as an experienced one. - Makes me sick how little respect or appreciation they show or give. - They prefer to hire "New Canadians" as they can take more advantage from them.
