Just an Awesome Place to Work

The owner cares about his employees and makes sure we are all taken care of. I have seen countless times he has treated us with mutual respect and been very good to us monetarily. The staff here are awesome. Great personalities and fun place to work. All the workers are super knowledgeable in our industry and the environment most often very light. Work life balance is good as well. +

i know it sounds ridiculous but I don't have any cons currently. I love working here.

The owner of the company is great to his employees. People sometimes say their workplace is like a family. This 100% is. We work together and help each other succeed. Each department from techs, customer service, sales and upper management are A+. I left a company that was the complete opposite. Working here allows for your potential to be rewarded and ideas discussed. If you're looking for a place to work where the people are great, culture is serious but fun and a work life balance. This is it. I highly recommend CSP. High quality product and people. Thanks for bringing me on.
