      Benefits are good, supportive management, career progression and exposure to strategic business.

      High volumes of work and lean teams - but it is manageable and engaging. Not really a con.

      A very unprofessional place to try and work

      Pros

      There are some nice people in the marketing and finance departments who come to work to do their job and who are very professional too.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? This place is run by bullies. They insult coworkers regularly and gossip is rampant. They set up people to fail if they don't like them and talking loudly and swearing is common here. And if you are bold enough to speak up to management it gets worse. Ironically you have to take a harassment course when you start working there and everything they say they will not tolerate...is tolerated.
