Pros

Working here offers a strong sense of purpose, especially if you are passionate about transit, sustainability and transportation innovation. The work can be meaningful and high impact, with opportunities to collaborate on projects involving industry, utilities, transit agencies, academia and government stakeholders. Team members are committed to the mission and there can be exposure to unique projects and learning opportunities that are difficult to find elsewhere.

Cons

As with many organizations operating in a fast-evolving and ambitious space, priorities can shift quickly. Employees who prefer highly predictable workflows may find this challenging.

A fast paced

Pros

CUTRIC is an inclusive, fast-paced work environment with supportive management and excellent opportunities for learning and enhancing your career. It's exciting to be part of a team that that is changing the world one bus at a time.

Cons

The fast paced is not for everyone and the work changes constantly - if you like every day to be the same with little to no flexibility then this is not the environment for you,

Great Culture and Fulfilling Work

Pros

The team is very collaborative, capable, and caring. Great for people who enjoy coming up with new solutions to technical problems and who enjoy working in renewable energy, transit, and/or social responsible spaces. Work from home is very convenient and flexible. Fast paced environment for sure with many opportunities to grow and learn.

Cons

Fast paced can sometimes mean overtime and stress, so + or - based on personality type. Team is growing and transitioning with technology changes in transit industry so resources can sometimes be shifted with little notice.
