The organization is full of cons. The company has a brand image in market. Many of us have got misled by the name of this company. Poor very poor management. No respect for employees, if you want respect you need to wash managers' feet. The banks are not at all supportive and deem you as a liabilty. They dont like you to be in their branches. You wake up in the morning and the first thing you can check on your phone will be high business projection demands. The company doesnt have any plan that gives you a good ROI. But they want to sell and sell, no talks only business. And if you're at zero, be ready to face the most insulting and maligning slangs that you've heard. Too many sexual slangs. In short the most worthless company in regard of employee retention, work culture, and above all behavior. It doesn't matter whether you have done a business of 10 lakh in a month or you are male or female, no appreciation for your work. I did a mistake by joining this company. If you want mental peace and career growth, never ever join this company, how lucrative their offer might sound. The very next day after you join, you will start getting the headache of life. Doesn't recommend at all.
