Pros

Good benefits and good work to life balance. The people, although quiet and reserved are nice.

Cons

Low compensation. HR could care less about their employees. No room for growth. Culture is bland and boring. Most people don't even talk to each other in the halls.

Pros

Low stress environment, work isn't particularly demanding, people are relatively friendly, benefits are decent although the rest of the compensation isnt great

Cons

Data coordinators get no respect, little training and are managed mostly by people who stuck around in a not so great job because they were too complacent or didnt have the skills to move on to a better one. Little room for performance/merit based growth
