The benefits and DEI work are great. The work-life balance is okay, depending on your role.
Cons
Leadership has taken a severe downturn in the past couple of months. You're no longer valued or seen as an important, necessary piece to the puzzle. There are absolutely no opportunities for growth. In fact, I feel as though I am working backwards in my career.
