1. Good for sponsor H1b. 2. When you get the job and visa, please go and find another one 3. Dont stay there and waste your life

1. office politics, office affairs .... 2. the management team never tell you what is their plan 3. dont care employee growth 4. No appreciate for your contribution 5. laid off and let you go right away

- It’s a small company, so you may be asked to wear many hats. Good exposure to the healthcare technology industry. - People were very knowledgeable and great to work with. Learned a lot from others during the time I was there. - Good place to gain technical experience. Tries to leverage the latest standards and cutting edge technologies into their products.
Cons
- It’s a small company, so you may be asked to wear many hats. At times, this may require performing some mundane/uninteresting tasks. - Would have liked clearer direction or a roadmap from management at times. Sometimes it wasn’t clear what projects should be given priority. - Some office politics, but I suppose that can be expected in every workplace.
