you don't want to work in this toxic place where the upper management takes you responsible for their lack of management skills. they are under staffed and they ask you to do the job of 3 people at the same time, too much pressure. no work life balance no culture no respect.

They give you nice gifts on occasions and throw big parties.

Cons

Same upper management team since 1900 or about = old school mentality of 'you must fear your boss and see him as God'. No possiblities of advancement. Once you start as something, they will never see you as something else, nor will help you develop your strenghts. No HR. Sexual harrassment is insane and they do nothing about it. Condescending upper management will never be open to evolving and new ideas. If you are someone with a 'new era' mentality, look for a modern company.
