      Pros

      There are no pros to working here. Everyone lies. Leadership, colleagues, all to just cover themselves. Will say one thing to you and then tell someone else they said something else. Then put the blame on you.

      Cons

      Long hours. No family time. Expected to answer phone any time of day. Work all hours of the day. Have meetings anytime. Can’t have vacation as they will make you feel bad if you do. Have to do 4 jobs as one person and pay doesn’t increase.
