Pros

None really, other than remote/hybrid work

Cons

Toxic workplace .. upper management has no experience. High turnover, the good talent doesn’t last here. Controlling and unprofessional. They will often expect you to be available at all hours just to control their power. Terrible experience.

Pros

Good product lines, Remote First approach

Cons

Candrone was, unfortunately, one of the poorest professional experiences I’ve had. The problems start at the top: upper management does not value staff, does not model accountability, and relies heavily on micro‑management instead of building trust or enabling performance. Processes are either broken or missing entirely, which creates operational chaos and constant churn. The culture reflects this reactive, inconsistent, and often demoralizing. High turnover is a direct result, and the organization has not taken meaningful steps to understand or correct the underlying issues. For professionals who expect structured leadership, clear direction, and a healthy culture, this environment will be challenging. There is potential in the market they serve, but without a fundamental shift in upper leadership approach, the internal experience will remain difficult.

Very good balance of inbound and outbound oppurtunities. Great flexibility type of work.

Cons

Quotas are must to beat, structure is vague at times.
