      Pros

      - Friendly team that genuinely cares about one another and the work they're delivering - Great benefits package - Good learning & development opportunities - Amazing central London office space for when you do want/need to go into the office. Great to work from home 80% of the time too!

      Really kind and inclusive team, lots of positivity, very supportive. I really enjoyed my time at Candyspace and will miss working with such a great team in a company that really values its people.

      - Phenomenal team, no egos, everyone is a pleasure to work with and open to feedback and difficult conversations when needed - Even when things are hectic and everyone is busy, company makes sure that people have what they need mentally and physically to perform and also rest/recover - Lots of events and lunch n learns - Focused on personal and professional development (courses, events, mentorship)

      - Can be a bit hectic as an agency and some days can feel frantic
