      New management team are not interested in the people, you’re a number and a means to an end. They don’t promote a cohesive, collaborative culture... “do as I say and keep your opinions to yourself”.

      Congratulations on cracking the algorithm to improve the company‘s star rating on Glassdoor. It’s pretty sad that your attempting to fix the surface while it’s built on a house of cards. Most folks rarely care what previous employers do; however, the new Canidae operates much differently. You certainly are changing the way people view pet food. Here is a free tip. It’s all about RELATIONSHIPS and when you hire people 80-90% outside the industry and the ones you hire from the industry are not good… you aren’t going to see results. You can try to jam products into brick & mortar or give it away free to show a sale on the front end. Ultimately, you are not moving the needle. Cook the books if you need.

      Owners like to overwork employees which is abusive. They think a minimum full-time work week is 65 hours, when it's supposed to be 40 hrs. When they make you work "extended hours," they mean more than 65 hrs for the week. So, when you average your real pay per hour out, you are somewhere between minimum wage to $13.00 an hour max pay. The incompetent D.M.s & R.M.s are another story.
