Pros

• Amazing coworkers from different departments. • Lots of hardworking people who don’t get paid enough • Only a few good bosses who actually do a good job or being leaders and teachers • Easy to get coverage (as long as we are not understaffed) • Always hiring (maybe a con depending on how you look at it)

Cons

• Super rude and entitled customers • Management is a joke. Managers for the evening will go off and play a game giving their responsibilities to someone else who already have a lot of work to do • Sales department has no good scheduling skills. There will be multiple mistakes and conflicts making it difficult for the operations team to do a good job and multiple unhappy customers. • Poorly maintained equipment. For example Ice resurfacers are always breaking every few weeks. Long waits for replacements and parts.
