Pros
Always pushing for excellence and creating an atmosphere for people to be the best they could be. Family atmosphere throughout the restaurant and a generally fun place to meet people and make friends. Owners Mark and Brian are extremely hands on owners that really make everyone feel at the very least appreciated.
Cons
Divide between FOH and BOH which can be very polarizing. One waitress never spoke to me for more than a sentence for the entire time I worked there. Some servers certainly believe they are better/smarter than anyone else which if you were to talk about socioeconomic conditions in India they would probably wouldn't feel like the smartest person in the room.
