Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth and learning.

Cons

Very cliquey, high drama, highly emotional work environment. Often felt like camp, especially given the pay was so poor. Ownership is caring, yet very entitled.

Pros

It truly is a hub of talented chefs, servers, and wine people

Cons

They have LOTS of issues. Currently being sued for wage theft. Issues with management and salaried employees being unprofessional and essentially racist. Below industry standards in terms of pay. They are performative and like to sensationalize everything to get you to buy in and drink the koolaid. If you want to protect your time, money, and yourself look elsewhere.
