      Company is corrupt. CEO is just like Medmen’s.

      Working with weed and getting a pay check.

      Cons

      Clueless upper management, terrible products, company didn’t have a sexual harassment training until there was a harassment issue with a supervisor then they scrambled after being a company for 3 prior years to get everyone to complete sexual harassment training ASAP. The CEO lies to employees about all aspects of the company. And comes off another medmen CEO. They fire mass numbers of employees who are making good money without warning or reason. They don’t value their employees and they don’t care.

      -great freedom to hit your goals -the company was formed by a OG grower and retired executive who went to Harvard, the result is amazing cannabis and great business practices. -amazing benefits -sales support -diversity -teamwork PS-read a comment earlier about someone saying we didn't get sexual harassment training? that is FALSE...I have worked at a 10,000 person company, mid size, and now canndesent and I must say they have the best HR personal I have experienced.

      Cons

      -fast moving environment, if you cannot perform WITHOUT being micromanaged then this isn't the best company for you.

      The people, hands down. I love my coworkers. We're all very different and from different walks of life, but everyone is a professional. Besides the amazing people, we have great benefits: Paid every other Friday via direct deposit. Medical / Dental / Vision / Life insurance Paid time off and holidays Company laptop and phone (depends on position) We get equity/stock Casual dress Discounts on product

      Cons

      Locations are spread out a bit (LA, Santa Barbara, Desert Hot Springs), so it's hard to see all your coworkers often.
