Pros
Due to the absolute absence of structure, you can quit carelessly and face no consequences. There's a suya guy nearby, that was a big plus. The front desk always had a smile.
Cons
Where do I start? Job insecurity, awful pay, career death, zero incentives or add-ons, working late, working on weekends, repetitive work, emotional abuse, disregard for personal time, and working for a large kid.
